Their Final Walk
THEIR FINAL WALK & ALBRECHT HAUSHOFER
Two stories based on audio-walks connected to the dark history of Berlin's Moabit district:
THEIR FINAL WALK follows the deportation route from the site of the former synagogue, which was misused as a collection camp, to the freight depot from where around 30,000 Jews were deported to concentration camps and ghettos.
ALBRECHT HAUSHOFER, author of the Moabiter Sonette and connected to the German resistance, follows his last days from the former Moabit prison, now a memorial park, to the site were he was murdered by the Gestapo in the last days of World War II.
