THE DAY AFTER

Following the suspected Islamist attack during the Christopher Street Day parade in Berlin Tiergarten the party mile on Straße des 17. Juni was evacuated that same night.

On the following day, only leftovers of the celebration could be found. Nearby at Brandenburg Gate, vigils are being held in solidarity with the victims under the motto Love is Stronger than Hate.

The CSD parade Berlin Pride, one of the largest LGBTQ community events in Europe, emphasized the rights of the LGBTQ+ community under the title Haltung ist Hot.
